2. Prohibition of Sale to Minors
The sale of alcoholic products is permitted exclusively to adults. By confirming the purchase, the customer declares to be at least 18 years old. Birrificio Agricolo La Diana reserves the right to verify the age of the recipient and to cancel orders without adequate documentation.
3. Shipping
3.1 Geographical Area: We only ship to Italy, San Marino and the Vatican
3.2 Shipping Costs:
€15.00 for orders under €90.00.
Free for orders equal to or greater than €90.00.
3.3 Delivery Times:
48/72 hours, except for delays attributable to the courier.
4. Payments
We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro. Payments are processed via secure gateway. In case of lack of authorization, the order will be cancelled.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Since the products are perishable and/or subject to rapid expiry, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal (Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c of the Consumer Code).
6. Replacement of Damaged Goods
In case of obvious damage caused by the courier:
Report the problem within 24 hours of delivery, sending photos to info@birrificioladiana.com
Birrificio Agricolo La Diana will provide a free replacement or refund, following verification.
7. Consumption Warnings
Do not consume the products in case of:
Damage, swelling or opening of the casing.
Changes in color or odor.
In such cases, immediately contact info@birrificioladiana.com
8. Retail and Wholesale
The site is dedicated to retail sales. Each purchase is accompanied by a regular receipt.

9. Responsibility
La Diana Agricultural Brewery declines responsibility for:
Damage caused by improper storage or consumption.
Errors attributable to the customer when entering shipping data.
10. Privacy
Personal data are processed according to EU Regulation 2016/679 and the Privacy Policy (Link in the footer).
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes, the Court of Siena (IT) is competent.
12. Changes to the Terms
Birrificio Agricolo La Diana reserves the right to update the Terms. The conditions in force on the date of the order remain applied.
