Description
Ecuba starts from a traditional recipe with a blend of pils, munich and caramel malts, to which are added a gruyt of aromatic spices and herbs such as coriander, pepper, sweet orange, bitter orange, and dandelion. The color is amber yellow, with a fine white foam. The nose is a pure Belgian with outward hints of pepper, yellow and white pulp fruits and cloves. In the mouth it is very ttenuated dry, the pepper returns the sweetness of the orange and the bitterness of the dandelion overpowering the little contribution of the hops.
This beer it’s perfect to accompany appetizers, first and second meat courses.
